Welcome to Adventure With Purpose

Hi! I’m Moe Hoteit, Founder of Peakology, and in 2018 I went on a mission trip where I helped build schools for youth leadership development in Kenya’s underserved communities & I hiked Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania (Africa) as a symbol of inspiration to the youth that we all have the potential to conquer the mountains & help others conquer their own mountains in the process.

This mission trip literally changed my life and it was in that moment when I reached the top of Africa that it became a dream of mine to someday organize adventures with purpose all around the world, incorporate personal & spiritual development within them through our scientifically-tested and proven coaching methods, as well as impact work related to educational & environmental causes.

Our mission today is to create a paradigm shift in the rise of conscious leaders, through the spirit of adventure, who lead their lives based on a positive purpose so we can build better business cultures, better communities, and ultimately a better world.

Every single one of our intentional “slow travel” adventure retreats is handcrafted by our team of travel experts & guides to deliver bucket list experiences infused with Culture, Beauty, Connection, Community, Spirituality, Challenge, Personal Growth, & Impact.

Our goal is to bring a small group of like-minded individuals or an entire team together to a beautiful and historically rich destination, away from everything they have ever known. All while having the time of our lives while connecting deeply with those around us, and more importantly with ourselves and nature.

Our adventures always have an element of impact work whether the impact work is done personally by Peakology or by our adventure business partners around the world. We only partner and work with companies that took a pledge to make a positive impact in the world by giving back locally to their communities first.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP WITH THE RISE OF IMPACT “COMMUNITY” TRAVEL

When travel dollars stay local, good stuff happens. The positive impact of empowering local communities and entrepreneurs in the areas where we hold our adventure retreats is a top priority for us. This makes our adventure experiences even more memorable and meaningful.

EACH TRAVELER’S FEE WILL SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING PERUVIAN NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

1. SOY U LUNA – Providing education for kids with disabilities in Sacred Valley. For each traveler that joins us, 3 free therapy sessions are given to a child with disabilities.

2. PACHAMAMA RAYMI – Planting trees in high Andean communities for reforestations efforts. For each traveler that joins us, 15 trees will be planted in Cusco.

3. Local Community Development – We only work with and stay at local owner-run services and promote local products. This way, we give more opportunities to local people and support their development.

Here’s a Summary of What You Get…
